The mission of Winter Texan Home Sales Inc. is to be the leading broker for manufactured housing in the Rio Grande Valley area,  striving to always exceed our customer's expectations.

Winter Texan Home Sales Inc. wants our customers to experience the Winter Texan lifestyle so that each customer will achieve their dream winter retreat.

About Us

From 2010-2011 Tim Mull and Donna Schroeder independently sold a combined total of 123 homes totaling $5,376,106.00 in sales. That figure included Victoria Palms and Llano Grande exclusively.  

In 2012 Tim and Donna joined together creating Winter Texan Home Sales Inc and sold 79 homes totaling $2,010,400.00 in its first year.  That figure includes homes sold at Victoria Palms and Alamo Palms for the first part of the year and the addition of several area communities in the second half of 2012. These figures will more than double in 2013 as our reputation grows among Winter Texans and with the addition of new parks to our portfolio.

Our staff has a combined experience in the Valley of over 20 years. Now together as Winter Texan Homes Sales Inc we have expanded our abilities and are able to better serve our clients.
